Returns:
Products in their original state (untouched, unmarked, and unused) are eligible for a complete refund.

Refunds will be processed to the initial credit card used or offered as store credit.
When returning, please ensure:
- A tracking number is shared with us post-shipment.
- You bear the return shipping cost as we don't offer reimbursements for it.
- Items are in their original state with tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
- The customer bears shipping costs to Misaki Cosmetics. Opt for any preferred shipping method. However, we suggest adding a delivery or signature confirmation for returns, as we won't be accountable for lost items. If a return package goes missing, it's the customer's duty to investigate.
- After inspecting the returned order and deeming the items returnable, the refund or store credit will be processed within 14 business days.
- Ensure a correct shipping address is provided. If packages are returned due to address errors, non-payment of import duties, unreachable recipients, or similar reasons, they are deemed as customer returns. In such cases, customers can ask for a refund but will need to cover the shipping costs (ranging from US$10 to US$15) both ways. If these fees exceed the product's value, the difference might be charged.
Exchanges:
If unsatisfied with the design or fit of the sunglasses ordered, we're happy to exchange them for another selection of your preference. You'll be billed for any price difference in the products. The exchange follows the same conditions as returns.
Refund Timing:
Refund processing can vary, taking anywhere from 3 to 20 business days based on your card merchant. Once we process the refund, you'll receive an email receipt. While the funds are instantly deducted from our account, inter-bank processing might delay the credit. This is standard practice. For any refund concerns, check with your card provider. If after 3-20 business days the refund hasn't materialized, contact us for further assistance.
