Returns and refunds
You can return any unworn pair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unworn and unmarked, in their original packaging, with any tags and stickers attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- To start a return, email sales@misakicon.com with your order number. Please send us the tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Exchanges
Want a different frame? Return the pair under this policy and place a new order, or email us and we'll help.
Damaged or wrong items
If your pair arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we refund the item price minus the original shipping cost.
